You've done the work.

You've read the books. You've sat in the therapy chair for years. You've journaled, meditated, attended the workshops. You can articulate your patterns with perfect clarity.

Understanding your patterns isn't the same as transforming them.

Every life coach, personal development facilitator, speaker, and energy clearer is selling the same thing…TRANSFORMATION.

I've spent years analyzing and observing transformation, and here is what I'm coming to understand — real transformation doesn't happen in your mind. It happens in your body, in real time, in the messy middle of actual experience.

In today's vocabulary, I'm consistently hearing words like "Trauma Response," "Dysregulated," and "Nervous System Dysregulation"…and honestly, I don't know what any of them truly means for me personally.

How are we STILL self-diagnosing with clinical terms? Can anyone who isn't a doctor in mental health actually describe the difference between them?

I’m Heather Jones and here is what I have learned.

When I'm integrating into a transformation, I experience a full and uncomfortable body response. I’ve only in the last 24 months learned this was a good thing.

I was gifted with a son who has a clinical experience of dysregulation, and let me tell you, it looks very different from what I feel in my body. Our actions, triggers, and responses are all different.

If we're seeking inspiration and insight, the only path to true transformation is through the body — training it so it can re-learn what is safe and what is not.

Our belief systems lie to us, and our bodies are misinformed.

Transformation lives on the other side of both the belief system and body responses.

Join the ENGAGE, an Experiential Retreat

No more going home with a notebook full of insights you won't use. No more understanding yourself without changing yourself.

ENGAGE is a 3-day retreat-style experience where you will gain inspiration and insight — and with a new and expanded approach, you will feel it in the body. All the way through which creates transformation.

What to expect

Arrive April 30th for dinner. We begin together before the work starts — settling in, connecting, and getting present.

May 1–3. Retreat style. Real experience. This is experiential. You will not be sitting in a chair taking notes. You will be in it — in real time, in your body, in the room with 15 others who are done understanding and ready to embody change.

Depart May 4th. You leave different than you arrived.

You will leave with:

A clear awareness of the beliefs that have been quietly running your life

Tools you will still be using two years from now

A body that has begun to re-learn what is actually safe

The beginning of a transformation that sticks

This is for you if…

You've done years of therapy and personal development and you're still stuck in the same patterns

You can explain exactly why you do what you do — and you still can't stop doing it

You're exhausted from being the one who holds everything together while quietly disappearing

You know there's a version of you waiting on the other side of this — and you're ready to meet them

This is NOT for you if…

You're looking for inspiration without being willing to feel uncomfortable

You want to talk about your patterns without moving through them

You're not ready to have a full body experience of change

About Heather

Heather Jones is the CEO and Head Facilitator of The Next Chapter Endeavours, a movement built for those on the edge of reinvention: the entrepreneurs, the parents, the empty nesters, the “capable” ones who've checked every box and still feel like something's missing.

Her journey started in 2006 after surviving deep betrayal. She turned to personal development and spent years training, coaching, and facilitating until she built a framework that helps people identify what's actually driving them and shift it. Her work exposes the invisible forces behind your motivation and moves you from fear-based survival into something you actually chose.

And she's done this work herself.

In the last two years, Heather has been studying what transformation actually looks like in the body. When she's integrating a real shift, she experiences a full and uncomfortable body response. For most of her life she treated that as a problem. She now knows it's the process.

That's what led to losing 50 pounds. The weight released when the body finally got the message.

That's the difference between inspiration and transformation. And that's exactly what she's here to guide you through.
