Meet Heather
Transformational Leader & Generational Healing
Heather Jones is a driving force in personal development. As the Owner, CEO, and Lead Facilitator of The Next Chapter Endeavours, she brings a powerful blend of charisma, structure, and purpose to her work, helping individuals break free from inherited patterns and transform their lives. Heather’s life wasn’t always this clear.
Born in the early 1980's, she grew up as the middle child, striving for society’s “success badges”—graduate high school, go to university, get married, have kids, and live happily ever after.
Yet, life had a different plan. After university, she became pregnant, soon separated from her son's father, and left a toxic workplace due to sexual abuse. What followed was an emotional, lonely, and uphill battle to regain her footing in a world that no longer made sense.
Her journey of self-discovery began in 2006 when she attended Engage, searching for belonging. Through Evolve and Elevate, she reframed limiting beliefs, set boundaries, and built conscious relationships. Yet, something was still missing—until she discovered the power of healing generational trauma.
In 2011, this realization not only transformed her life but also profoundly impacted her son’s well-being. Once dependent on daily medication, he has now been medication-free for five years—a testament to breaking inherited cycles.
Heather now sees those “success badges” for what they were—society’s programming. Between external expectations, personal limiting beliefs, and inherited trauma, navigating life is overwhelming. We aren’t meant to do it alone.
In 2023, Heather took a bold step forward, purchasing the personal development company that had set her journey in motion years before. She also trained in Family Constellations, deepening her ability to help others heal the invisible patterns keeping them stuck.
